The Call Center Agents at SMART DEBT ADVISORS is becoming the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The role of each Call Center Agents is to handle high volume outbound phone calls while adhering to the quality of standards, by accepting ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, and by keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

A. Essential Duties

1. Making sales calls.

2. Conducting customer survey.

3. Providing product information.

4. Handling customer inquiries.

5. Following up on previous interaction.
