Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Agent to join our expanding team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, generating leads, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
-Present our services to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
-Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to client needs.
-Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
-Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
-Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
-Cellphone and laptop/computer.

Please note that this position is strictly commission based for the first three months. Thereafter, a monthly salary of R8,000.00- R15,000.00 (permanent) will be offered to you based on your performance and qualifications or you may opt to keep your commission structure.
