A luxury fashion boutique in Kyalami is looking for a hands-on Boutique Manager to lead the team and ensure a high-end shopping experience for customers. The store imports and sells exclusive designer brands, so we are looking for someone with a strong passion for fashion, great customer service, and retail management experience.

Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail (luxury brand experience is a plus!).
Strong leadership skills and a passion for high-end fashion.
Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
Confidence in managing stock, reports, and store operations.
Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the store – ensure smooth daily operations.
Leading the team – training, motivating, and guiding staff.
Customer service – make sure every client has a luxury shopping experience.
Stock control – overseeing inventory, tracking high-end fashion items, and minimizing losses.
Merchandising – keeping displays fresh, appealing, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
Sales and targets – meet and exceed sales goals.
Administration – handling cash-ups, reporting, and general store paperwork.
