Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at a well-established restaurant based in BENONI. The manager will be responsible for P&L Management, ensuring Customer Satisfaction, overseeing Customer Service, Budgeting, Hiring and overall Assistant Management of the restaurant

Qualifications & Requirements

P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills

Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and overseeing Customer Service

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Previous experience in the restaurant industry

Bachelor''s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous

Own vehicle

Experience in Fine Dining is a plus
