Job Description

• Welcoming and ushering customers in the building.
• Plan, organize and prioritize administrative activities on a daily basis.
• Attending to calls on the switchboard with professionalism and a friendly demeanour.
• Assist senior team members with daily tasks and project management.
• Customer relationship management.
• Recording of parcel count.
• Researching suppliers for price compatibility.
• Conduct research and gather data to support various projects.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Handle administrative duties such as, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
• Updating of schedules according to the dispatched orders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Compiling swatch samples for customers as required by supervision.
• Provide customers with updates where required on their orders.
• Photograph new development.
• Manage and maintain the catalogues with service provider.
