Job Description

About the Role
Maintaining accurate records of equipment and machinery maintenance schedules, repairs and inventory.
Responsibilities
Specific duties
Capturing daily maintenance data (PM’s and engineering operational data).
Preparation of daily and monthly reports
Creating and loading of stock purchase requisitions (PR’s) using SAP
Liaise with vendors for quotations
Follow up purchase orders with vendors
Confirmation of time sheets for boiler and engineering personnel every Monday

Comply fully with Section 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act: General duties of employees at work

Complying and adhering to all safety rules
Requirements
Grade 12 with Mathematic literacy
SAP training
Administrative experience (including purchases ,quotes 1 year)
Advanced excel
On job training
