About the Role

The Office Administrator is responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient administration duties, overseeing day-to-day operations in the Management office, and supporting all related departments.

Responsibilities

Support the Vice President and manage daily tasks.
Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Assist with financial, procurement, asset control, and equipment maintenance.
Resolve operational queries, complaints, and claims.
Ensure timely supply of office and cleaning materials and manage stock.
Order office furniture and equipment, verify deliveries, and resolve customer issues.
Manage parking/visitor permits and assist HR as needed.
Handle invoice queries and ensure timely delivery of supporting documents.
Track fuel consumption and maintain stock records.
Oversee fuel distribution permits and asset register.
Prepare correspondence, manage the Management Boardroom’s diary, and assist with meetings.
Reconcile Senior Managers’ credit card expenses and oversee office maintenance.
Supervise company vehicle usage, ensure regular servicing, and handle fleet registrations.
Manage daily banking, postage, petty cash, and assist with hotel accommodations for delayed passengers.
Requirements

Experience, Qualifications and Key Skills

Grade 12
Secretarial or relevant qualification
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
Confidentiality, flexibility, and a good sense of humor
Valid driver’s license and own transport
Salary:
R 30 000,00 Monthly
