Job Description
Silvertondale, Pretoria
R12 000 to R13 000 a month CTC

An established company in the civil engineering and construction services industry is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join their team in Pretoria. The company specializes in earthworks, and infrastructure development, requiring a candidate with strong administrative, procurement, and financial processing skills. The ideal candidate must have experience in the construction or building industry, be proficient in Pastel and Microsoft Office, and possess excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Valid driver’s license & own reliable vehicle
2+ years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction industry
Proficiency in Pastel, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in sourcing and purchasing small fittings
Experience in stock management
Experience in sourcing, renting, and purchasing equipment/materials for construction sites
Experience in loading supplier invoices
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Duties and Responsibilities:
Load and process supplier invoices on Pastel
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and stock levels
Assist with general office duties and administration when required
Order parts and materials required for operations
Monitor and restock small office parts to ensure availability
Source and purchase fittings and stock needed for ongoing projects
Work closely with Directors to confirm stock requirements
Arrange and order machines/equipment for new sites
Source, rent, or purchase materials needed for the running of construction sites
