Join our dynamic sales team as a Booking Coordinator and play a crucial role in coordinating appointments and meetings with prospective clients. We are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to scheduling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our sales efforts by ensuring efficient booking processes and enhancing client engagement.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate appointments and meetings for our sales representatives with potential clients.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and sales team members to schedule appointments that align with availability and priorities.
• Manage calendars and scheduling systems to optimize booking efficiency and minimize conflicts.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding booking details.
• Maintain detailed records of appointments and client interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software or CRM systems. (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
