QAQC officer

Work at HQ
1，Monitor the performance and analyze the rate of damaged & lost parcels and wrong working process
2，Ensure to deliver daily, weekly and monthly report to management on all relevant QAQC issues and others KPI measurements
3，Ensure the standard of operating such as workflow, work processes are carried out efficiently
4，Responsible for setting a standard of operating such as workflow, wrong process and controlling of backing, etc. and investigate employee’s performance
5，Collecting data from various sources and channels (data mining) for data analysis on sales and operation performance.
6，To develop and maintain periodic report related to Agent in timely manner and highlight process improvement in quality performance, exp: OPS performance etc
7，Deep dive analysis on the reports, provide visibility for operation to improve the quality and service
8，Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
9，Close collaboration with internal business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to collate the information and or data required to support business planning and reporting.
10，Occasionally to deliver reports and dashboards to support the relevant project / team
11，To maintain and bookkeeping daily transaction data from systems.
12，Support others ad-hoc duties that assigned by superior.
Qualification
1，Ideally 1-3 years of experience in IT or Statistics, with some database management skills or Data Analyst or Data Quality Assurance/Control (QC) related role
2，Must be comfortable and familiar with big data
3，Is detail oriented and have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
4，Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills
