Job Description

Looking for a facilities manager to effectively manage company assets, health, and safety, control & manage all contractors/service providers, financial, projects, maintenance, and contract compliance.

Job Objectives:
• Effective management of Facilities, Contractors & Service Provider Staff and all resources and aspects relating to these departments at DC site
• Assist implementation of complete safety policies and committees in accordance with OHS Act
• Building and maintaining of process and procedures of each role within the department
• Projects and service providers managements
• Ensure functionality of the Distributor and office blocks
• To implement a pro-active land and building maintenance program
• Ensure accurate and up to date Databases are maintained Continuous improvement of the data captured, stored, and reported.
• Ensure that all assets are cleaned and assigned to relevant departments.
• Maintain all assets on site and ensure they are in full working condition.
• Coordinate site Health & Safety and Compliance audits
• Mange site Health and safety compliance
• Manage overall DC site maintenance.
• Administration & Management of the Facilities and 4Me for services & facilities; to provide management with effective and accurate reporting.
• Effective management and training of the staff
• KPA’s to be completed for all staff timeously, with indicated needs for training and development, performance management.
• Ensure professional and efficient customer contact.
• Monthly reports to the Department Head
• Present and compile Capex Requests for DC
• Cost Centre accountability and management.
Salary:
R 81 000,00 Monthly
