Customer Relationship Officer

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Develop and implement strategic account plans
Regular communication with key accounts to monitor health of the account
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.
Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization.
Pro-actively identify gaps in current process and systems and offer solutions for improvement.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
5 plus years experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Must Have:

Proficiency with ERP Next or similar application
Experience with a ticketing system
Experience in e-commerce
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM)
Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team
Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation
Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team
Amenable to work +or - 4 hours CET

Nice to Have

Experience in Global Trade
Knowledge of German language
