Job Description

Creative Marketing Lead (JB5294)
Cape Town, Western Cape
R25 000 – R35 000 CTC per month

Premium lifestyle brand is looking for a hands-on, independent marketer with serious creative flair. If you’re tired of cookie-cutter campaigns and want to own storytelling, content, and digital ads — this one’s for you.

Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years’ marketing, content, or advertising experience (lifestyle, fashion, retail, or sports preferred)
Proven creative flair — must have run or contributed to stand-out campaigns
Confident with copywriting, light design, and paid media (Meta, Google Ads)
Highly independent and self-driven — someone who doesn’t wait for briefs

Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive original, eye-catching campaigns across social and digital platforms
Manage and disrupt the content calendar with fresh ideas
Run paid ads on Meta and Google with clear performance tracking
Coordinate shoots and oversee visual storytelling with a luxury lens
Create engaging content beyond the product — stories, culture, behind-the-scenes
Work closely with the founder to shape and evolve brand identity
