Visual Merchandiser

As our Visual Merchandiser, you’ll bring our brand to life in-store and at the windows by creating visually stunning and commercially effective displays. You'll work closely with our buying, marketing, and retail teams to ensure our spaces always look fresh, on-brand, and sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging in-store and window displays to enhance customer experience
Ensure merchandise is presented in a way that maximizes sales and reflects brand identity
Maintain store aesthetics and refresh displays regularly
Collaborate with internal teams to roll out seasonal and promotional campaigns
Analyze sales trends to refine and improve visual merchandising strategies

What You’ll Need
Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field (Degree is a plus)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail visual merchandising – furniture and appliances preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
Willingness to travel regionally and be away from home during new store launches
