Job Description
Green Point, Cape Town (Office-Based)
R65 000 - R78 000 CTC per month

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or Business (Honours preferred)
5 or more years in marketing specific to media
2 or more years of strategic and team management experience
Experience in a media environment or advertising agency is essential
Must be confident, taking full ownership as the marketing subject matter expert
Proven track record with integrated campaigns and digital media
Strong brand management, stakeholder engagement, and content planning
Excellent time management, budgeting, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and campaign reporting
Must thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
A hands-on, resilient, and strategic mindset is non-negotiable
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee regional marketing campaigns across digital, events, and other media
Ensure alignment with brand objectives and messaging
Collaborate closely with sales, digital, and content teams
Manage creative and media agencies to ensure quality and deadlines
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for future initiatives
Guide and develop a growing marketing team
Handle budget planning, spend control, and reporting
Drive brand engagement through integrated marketing and event activations
Act as the subject matter expert for all marketing-related strategy and execution
Apply analytical insights to refine campaign outcomes and team performance
