Responsibilities:

Process Form 17.W and Power of Attorney documentation
Communicate with creditors to obtain COBs, acceptance, and paid-up letters
Share client budget assessments via email/WhatsApp
Draft court applications and affidavits, coordinate with legal representatives
Confirm court details with clients, collect certified documents
Coordinate court attendance with legal representatives

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in legal administration or debt review coordination
Proven knowledge of debt review transfer procedures and NCA rejection criteria
Ability to draft legal documents and affidavits accurately
Strong organizational skills and attention to legal compliance
Excellent communication skills with clients and legal teams
Ability to manage multiple cases within strict deadlines
100% accuracy in court documents and legal compliance
Process Form 17.W's and POAs within 3 business days
Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours

80%+ resolution rate in mediation cases
70%+ success in debt recovery
Timely submission of court documents (minimum 5 business days prior)
