Job Description
2 years' Experience in a similar role
Relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field is a advantage
Experience and knowledge of regulations regarding health inspections, liquor licenses and other legal requirements
Experience in kitchen operations and food meal and menu preparation
Proficiency in restaurant management software and computer applications
Strong management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with customers and staff
Proven track record in restaurant management
