Job Description

OIL PLUS ENERGY

POSITION: FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

Processing of invoices

Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations

To ensure the financial rules of the company that employs them are followed

Controls day to day incomes and expenditures

To improve the financial controls within the organization

To draw up the organization 's monthly budget based on the necessities of the the business

Directing the preparation of financial reports summarizing and estimating the organizations financial position such as income statements, balance sheets , and analyses of future earnings and income

Ensure the compliance of financial policies and procedures

Responsible for petty cash disbursements , replacement, and petty cash count, ensure bank and petty cash transactions are recorded on a daily basis.

Ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing and processing supplier invoices.

Input supplier payment listings

Prepare payment request according to internal procedures of the organization.

Requirements:

Grade 12

A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance

A minimum of 3 years finance related experience within the petroleum, Energy industry,

Sound knowledge of Microsoft office ( Excel , word, power point and outlook)

Excellent analyst skills , attention to detail, and ability to reconcile accounts accurately and timely

Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks ,and meet deadlines

Customer focus with high working standards

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

Honest, reliable, and professional integrity
