RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT
Location: Brooklyn, Pretoria
Salary: R15 000 per month plus benefits, incentives and performance awards

Requirements:
 Grade 12
 Tertiary Qualification would be preferable
 MUST be well presented
 Sales experience in a luxury goods retail environment would be advantageous
 Must identify with gold as a product and be passionate and knowledgeable about this commodity
 Strong sales record
 Must be comfortable selling high value products and dealing with high values
 Smart – able to understand basic economic and trade indicators/concepts
 Personable – able to build new relationships quickly and easily as well as build strong client relationships
 Proven record in relationship selling capabilities
 Proven track record in finding new business and/or building a strong network of high-net-worth individuals
 Must be able to work retail hours – which includes weekends
 Must have a proven record in showing initiative
 High energy and go-getter personalities
 Previous experience in selling of high end luxury goods for example, jewellery or branded clothing etc
Duties include, but are not limited to:
 Working in a team, formulate sales plans and execute on them within a high energy and positive work environment
 Seek out new business on a consistent basis using all the sales prospecting tools available to salespeople
 Meet interesting and high-end clients leading to personal growth and improved networks
 Close deals from medium to very high value
 Continually improve your knowledge about trade, the economy, business and business sectors
