Job Description

Key Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in a hospitality field is preferred.
• Relevant experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
• Engaging and professional individual with a well-groomed appearance.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Professional communication skills
• Willingness to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Computer literate.
• Working experience using OPERA software would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations including answering calls, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments
• Ensure reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
• Coordinate guest services and communicate effectively with internal teams
• Manage the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that all guests information is accurately recorded.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional experience during their stay.
• Manage the front office staff, ensuring that all staff members are properly trained and are performing their duties in accordance with hotel standards.
