Scholtz Partners International is recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to head a new restaurant operation. The ideal candidate will be driven to deliver outstanding service, lead high-performing teams, and ensure guest satisfaction at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Oversee kitchen, menu planning, and food preparation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health standards.
Supervise staff, customer relations, and service excellence.
Utilize restaurant management software and systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in restaurant management
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of health regulations, liquor licensing, and industry legalities
- Experience in kitchen operations, food prep, and menu development
- Proficient in restaurant software and computer applications
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Proven track record of effective restaurant management
