Job Description

1) Areas Of Measurement:
• GRV process.
• Credit notes
• Administration
• Following up of local orders
• Cycle Count documentation

2) Job Description detail
• Ensure all branch managers are aware of incoming and available inventories trough daily communications.
• Ensuring all transfer paperwork is correct, and in place before transporter arrives.
• Ensure stock control during transfer process and investigations of shortages/returns are timeously resolved and adjusted after management approval.
• Create and manage SCT’s on erp system for reactive orders
• Control the process of inventory adjustments/credit notes, including the completion of documents and the processing of transactions after management approval.
• Control the process of daily inventory counts, notify and obtain approval for inventory adjustments.
• Capture approved GRV’s on erp system.
• Negotiate in good manner with external parties on behalf of the company as and when required by management.
• Liaise in good manner with in group departments: finance, creditors, debtors, product managers and sales.
• Take part in stock counts as and when required by management.
• Do daily filing.
• Monitor phones when reception is unavailable.
• Ensure good housekeeping in your general working area and report any adverse problems.
• Budgeting
• Any ad-hoc job-related task as and when required by management.
• Assist as a backup for Cashiers
• Type correspondence, reports and other documents
• Creditors
• Take minutes at meetings and distribute minutes accordingly
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment
• Assist Branch Manager with ad-hoc duties
• Maintain and update information board
• Coordinate and maintain attendance register
• Update register of all IT Equipment
• Order and manage all stationary and manual documents
• Update Loyalty account list onto upload spreadsheet for Evelytic
• Maintain professional housekeeping
