Canteen Manager - Rosebank

A General Manager is needed for the canteen located in Rosebank. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in unit catering or restaurant management. Chefs with extensive management skills will also be taken into account. Experience in both front and back of house is necessary. Candidates must be able to perform cash-ups and oversee staff. Primary responsibilities will involve stock management, food cost analysis, menu development, and general kitchen oversight. The right candidate will operate the front counter, handle order processing, and engage with customers. Excellent communication skills are a must for this all-encompassing role. Must be available to start immediately. Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. R 14 - 18 K net Quote Reference RA142 when applying.
