Job Description
Location: Bloemfontein
Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month
Scholtz Partners International is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the milling industry, specialising in milling products, animal feeds, and soya. We're looking for an Infrastructure Controller to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing infrastructure operations within a feed mill environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and team coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
3 years’ experience in the feed mill industry
Afrikaans speaking (essential)
Proficiency in an African language (advantageous)
Valid forklift licence
Knowledge of feed mill machinery (advantageous)
Strong communication, planning, and organising skills
Ability to embrace change and deliver results
Must be a team player and demonstrate reliability
