Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the IT team
Oversee daily IT operations and projects
Ensure systems are secure and running efficiently
Provide technical support and training
Collaborate with management on IT strategies
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
5+ years IT experience, 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of networks, systems, and cybersecurity
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
