Job Description
Our client, a trusted provider of integrated security solutions, is seeking a highly experienced and professional Security Supervisor / Manager to join their team in Pretoria East.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage security personnel across multiple sites, ensuring effective coordination, performance and adherence to operational standards.
• Develop and implement site-specific security protocols, conduct regular audits and inspections and ensure full compliance with PSIRA regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement and emergency services to maintain strong relationships and ensure prompt response to incidents.
• Train and mentor junior staff, manage incident reporting & investigations and maintain accurate records of shifts, incidents & disciplinary actions.
Minimum Requirements
• Matric / Grade 12 Certificate with Valid PSIRA registration (Grade B minimum; Grade A preferred)
• South African citizenship with a clean criminal record (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 5 years in the security industry of which at least 2 years are in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with scheduling, rostering and incident reporting systems - proficiency in MS Office and security management software.
• Familiarity with control room operations and tactical response (advantageous)
• Valid firearm competency certificate, firearm license, dog-handling certification or relevant experience (advantageous)
• Valid driver’s license
