ROLE :
We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to provide Legal support to our services team in South Africa. This is a fully remote role to promote the firm's services to existing and prospective clients across Southern africa market and beyond .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Conduct high-level researches to develop effective services solutions
• Promote the company’s services to prospective clients
• ¬Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
• Drafting legal documents
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s services
• assist with negotiatons and contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines .
• Write legal strategies to improve legal services and scale the mission capability to more customers
• Collaborate across multiple teams to build and plan futur missions and vision .

CANDIDATE PROFILE :
• Fully qualified Lawyer
• Bar Admission in South Africa
• Bachelor's degree in Private Law or higher in Law
• 5 years of significant professional experience in a Law firm or institution
• Strong experience Corporate Law and Commercial jugements
• Exposure to both public and private sector projects
• Excellent drafting skills
• Confident team player with leadership ability
• Ability to take initiative and ready to adapt to different legal systems
• Must be self-motivated and able to lead projects from conception to completion
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Strong understanding of Business, Corporate and Finance Law
• Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and memos
• Experience with contract review and negotiation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English
