Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Collections Agent to join our team in Ballito, KZN.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both in-person and telephonic collections, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong customer relationships.
A valid driver’s license is essential, as travel may be required for in-person collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face collections to recover outstanding payments.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients while negotiating payment arrangements.
Visit clients when necessary to facilitate in-person collections and resolve payment issues.
Requirements
Proven experiencein debt collection (both telephonic and in-person).
Valid driver’s license (essential for travel).
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Knowledge of debt collection laws and best practices
