Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
• N4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Must have a valid Trade Certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years’ after apprenticeship experience working as an Auto Electrician in the mining industry is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with underground and/or surface mining machinery
• Experience with collision prevention and collision detection systems will be a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Nerospec’s collision prevention system on surface and underground mining machines
• Ensure all work complies with mine safety and OEM standards
