Market Research - Key Account Manager

Our client is a well-respected Market Research firm and they are HIRING! The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful execution of research projects. This role requires a blend of project management skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of market research methodologies.

Requirements:
• MCom Degree in Research, Psychology Commerce or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (e.g., Researcher, KAM, Sales, Management Consulting)
• 1-3 years successful key account management experience with a proven track success in client relationship management and research project management, preferably in the market research or consulting industry
• 1-3 years managing medium to large scale projects preferably in research
• 1-3 years working experience in solution development
