Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and resourceful Personal Assistant to keep things running smoothly. You will work closely with the manager, providing one-on-one support across various tasks to ensure their workday and communications run seamlessly. If you’re organized, great at juggling multiple tasks, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything on track, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Handle requests and queries promptly and professionally.
Manage the manager’s diary, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports as required.
Assist with personal errands when necessary (e.g., making coffee, occasional shopping).
Support recruitment efforts for the manager’s department when required.
Assist with purchase orders (POs) and other administrative documentation.
Requirements and Skills:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English (verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own reliable car.
Salary Range:
R6,000 – R14,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
