Our client in Pretoria East is looking to hire a New Business Consultant specialist, you will identify and organise leads as they move through the sales cycle. As the expert you will capture new prospects, qualify them, and manage them with CRM and other automation tools to generate hot leads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively seeking out potential customers through various methods, such as approaching people browsing the store, engaging in conversations to understand their needs, and introducing them to relevant products or services.
Customer Engagement:
• Building rapport with customers, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience to encourage them to explore products and consider making a purchase.
Product Knowledge:
• Developing a strong understanding of the store's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers and answer their questions.
Lead Qualification:
• Assessing the potential of leads based on their expressed needs and interest and determining the best course of action to move them through the sales process.

Appointment Setting:
• Scheduling appointments for sales representatives to follow up with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to a potential sale.
Data Collection and Management:
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions with potential customers, updating customer information in the store's CRM system, and tracking lead progress.
Collaboration:
• Working closely with the sales team and other retail staff to ensure a coordinated approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
Meeting Targets:
• Working towards achieving specific lead generation and sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the retail business.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
• The ability to engage with customers effectively, build rapport, and clearly communicate the value of products and services.
Strong Sales and Persuasion Skills:
• The ability to identify customer needs, present relevant products, and guide them towards a purchase decision.
Customer Service Orientation:
