At Southern Africa Roadtrippers, we build expedition vehicles for the off road/overlanding sector of the 4x4 industry here in South Africa.
About the Role:
We are searching for a team of Mid to Entry level Solidworks Industrial Designers/Draftsmen. This position encompasses the entire manufacturing process from detailed design of the product, to setting up and operating CNC and laser cutting machines, right through to quality control of the final assembled piece.
Responsibilities:
You will report to the Head Mechanical Design Engineer here at SA Roadtrippers.
Be hands-on with programming, technical drawings, and overseeing manufacturing.
Qualifications:
Solidworks proficiency is essential.
Sheet metal and Aluminium experience is an advantage.
Junior and Senior team members positions are available.
