Job Description
Key responsibilities involve ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate employee records, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing: Post job ads, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and make job offers.
Onboarding & Training: Develop onboarding plans and deliver orientation and training programs.
Employee Relations: Resolve grievances, mediate conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
Performance Management: Lead performance reviews, set objectives, and provide coaching.
Compensation & Benefits: Handle payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Compliance & Policies: Enforce labor laws and implement HR policies.
Records Management: Maintain secure, up-to-date employee records.
Engagement: Support initiatives to improve morale and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in HR or related field.
Experience: Background in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Organization: Skilled in time management and documentation.
Technical: Proficient with HRIS and HR tools.
Ethics: Maintains confidentiality and integrity.
Analytical: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
