Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. While operating remotely as an HR Executive, some of your tasks may include... recruiting new team members, building and sharing training materials, conducting performance reviews, identifying team members’ needs and helping them adjust and thrive while working with Pearl Lemon, and much more!
Our “perfect” candidate will have problem solving skills, be proactive, have the ability to give and receive detailed feedback, be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and be able to see and bring out the best in our team members. Prior experience in an HR role may be beneficial, but we are open to anyone who is confident in their abilities to perform the listed duties.
POSSIBLE Responsibilities:
Recruiting new team members
Building and sharing training materials
Managing people and distributing tasks
Giving instructions on tasks whenever needed
Helping team members deal with challenges (especially from an organisational point of view)
Identifying the team's needs and taking action accordingly, both as a whole and individually
Developing company processes, building systems, organising resources/databases
Ensuring overall progress of the team and individuals
Managing onboarding and offboarding documents and processes
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to relate to and communicate with people at all levels
Ability to deal with people and their challenges
Problem solving and capacity to think out of the box
Flexibility and openness to a dynamic environment
A proactive nature
An initiative spirit, excited to build new systems and processes
Attention to detail
