Overview:

Join our team as a Cleaning Manager and lead the way in maintaining pristine environments. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met. If you have a strong background in office management or shopping center maintenance, coupled with leadership skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals, providing clear guidance and support.

Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, including scheduling, task assignment, and inventory management. Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, meeting client and company expectations.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control. Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and strive for continuous enhancement of cleaning services.

Client Relations:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their specific cleaning requirements and promptly resolving any concerns or issues. Keep open lines of communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety:
Ensure that cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety training, and oversee the proper use of cleaning equipment and materials.

Budget Management:
Work within budgetary constraints, optimizing resource allocation for effective cleaning operations. Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to the financial success of the cleaning department.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or shopping center maintenance, with a strong background in cleaning operations.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team of cleaning professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Flexibility: Must be willing to work every 2nd weekend in the morning to ensure the seamless execution of cleaning schedules.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively to address operational challenges.

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
