Job Description
This role requires an individual with the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leding business expansion, new customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Business growth and revenue enhancement through strategic client acquisition, retention, and partnerships.
• Managing the Bid and Tender process, ensuring all key stakeholders involvement
• Directing product development and market entry strategies to align with business strategy.
• Managing brand positioning and communication to resonate with global partners and networks
• Negotiating strategic partnerships to drive business growth and funding initiatives.
• Designing and implementing business solutions for complex contact centre environments.
• Building relations with third-party vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors; formalizing SLAs and MOAs for future bidding activities
• Overseeing a Bid Office to respond to tenders, bids, and other business opportunities in line with business sales objectives.
• Managing the national Bid and Tender process, ensuring all key stakeholders involvement
• Writing and presenting attractive and favourable business proposals
• Orchestrating proactive sales campaigns to garner referrals and new leads.
• Collaborating on delivery solutions to optimize deal conversions.
• Aligning growth with preferred delivery models and profitability criteria.
• Executive reporting and business performance analysis.
• Surpassing annual sales targets by identifying and cultivating sales opportunities.
• Crafting and leading overarching marketing strategy, highlighting ISON’s unique selling propositions.
• Building relationships with senior decision-makers within potential client organizations ahead of tender notices.
• Implementing and maintaining sales (CRM) system for streamlined operations.
• Exploiting existing client database for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
• Business Administration/ Sales and Marketing advantageous
Networking
• BPESA, Cape BPO and DTI
Years of Experience
• 5 to 8 years’ experiences in BPO Sales/ BDM
• Sound understanding and experience in the contact centre space
• Solid relationship building skills and experience
• Experience dealing with key stakeholders in different industries and associations
- Salary:
- 90.000,00 ZAR Monthly
