Job Description

• 3 - 6 years of Coffee, beverage, or hospitality experience.
• You will be a thought leader and the go-to sales personification of all three
brands to develop B2B business.
• We expect a proactive approach to the world of coffee and adjacent opportunities. You will own and lead the sales process by having key value additives to create knowledge amongst our key target market.
• We have built an extraordinary coffee business and are now building an extraordinary coffee group that will cross borders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and general quantity objectives, locally, nationally & internationally.
• By working with the Group HOM, identify and pursue new business opportunities through internal leads sharing and market research, networking, and lead generation activities. These may be adjacent coffee opportunities that require leadership and founding team involvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key legacy and new clients,
understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our products and after-sales services by working with the after-sales HOD and technical team.
• Use your experience to provide techniques for ongoing retention with the
clients you have built relationships with. We are looking for a collaborator who will work alongside our aftersales retention veteran with over 19 years of experience in coffee.
• Have an open mind that will offer collaboration to work across functional
teams including marketing, product development, and client success to
ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties that must be signed off by the Group CEO and Group Operational stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze geographical sales trends and proactively identify areas for improvement by working with the systems and operations HOD, the churn of clients will be a major KPI.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for the senior management/leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making to create and maintain a penetrative sales
strategy for the South African Market.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, to present and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensure that the online distributor network is well engaged and create relationships with these key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and generate leads across O. T. T. as the personification of our extraordinary sales outlook and industry leadership.

Salary: Highly negotiable, depending on experience, network and expertise.
