Junior HR Staffing Manager - Events/ Hospitality Industry

Salary: R15 000 - R20 000 (Experience determined)
Location : Diep River, Cape Town

Brief Description:

Seeking an Outgoing, Hard working Junior HR and Staffing Manager to support companies expanding operations. This role is critical in recruiting, on-boarding, training, and managing our office & event staff to ensure smooth and successful event & company goals and execution. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the events industry, excellent organizational skills, and a talent for identifying and nurturing talent. This candidate we are looking for someone must have experience in the Festival / Events industry.

Experience required:
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Qualifications required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
