We have an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned HEAD CHEF to join the pre-opening team of a high-end Mediterranean-style Restaurant, strategically located on the Atlantic Seaboard. The restaurant will provide all-day dining experiences in a refined yet inviting and relaxed ambiance.
We seek an experienced HEAD CHEF with an unwavering passion for culinary arts and a proven ability to craft innovative Mediterranean-inspired menus. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current culinary trends and possess exceptional leadership and management skills to effectively oversee the kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate exhibits exceptional culinary, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, possesses strong leadership qualities, maintains composure, and excels in high-pressure environments.
Position Requirements:
Qualification in Professional Cookery • at least 5 year’s Head Chef experience in a sophisticated dining environment • innovative menu engineering • proficient knowledge of Mediterranean-style cooking • previous experience in a start-up restaurant • strong ability to manage and develop a team
