Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and experience in a materials management, logistics, and/or supply chain
• SAP Superuser essential (minimum of 2 years’ experience as a SAP Consultant essential)
• Understanding of automotive industry
• Proficiency with ERP system focused in Logistics and warehousing
• Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
Key Performance Areas:
• Develop and implement a sale, inventory, and operations planning process for all assigned Plants
• Cross functional reviews of customer demand (Market Intelligence and Customer Release)
• Improve internal supply chain and materials flow between plants (utilize Value Stream Mapping)
• Ensure suppliers are updating required information in the supplier portal
• Develop and implement standard material replenishment processes (Kanban and Min-Max etc)
• Implement standard inventory forecasting and planning tools
• Recommend ERP parameter updates and develop standards
SAP:
• Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements
• Develop and configure customized SAP solutions
• Write scripts and programs to create user-friendly interfaces and enhanced functionalities
• Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance
• Provide SAP system support and end-user training
• Perform rigorous documentation of SAP processes and present progress reports
• Prepare reports or delivering presentations
• Ensure compliance with industry regulation
• Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments
