Job Description
Permanent role offering NAD 70000 - 80000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Operations – Manage fleet, staff, and transport efficiency while balancing cost and service quality.
- Financial & Compliance Management – Ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership – Recruit, develop, and motivate high-performing teams across air and land transport.
- Client & Third-Party Management – Oversee service levels, collections, and international cargo movement.
- Warehouse & Safety Oversight – Ensure smooth stock handling, risk assessment, and adherence to safety standards.
- Technology & Process Improvement – Drive operational modernization and workflow optimization.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred)
- 3+ years in logistics/freight management
- Expertise in warehousing, transport, and cross-border logistics
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & Warehouse Management Systems
