Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and organized Junior Training Administrator. The successful candidate will be trained to handle various administrative tasks and support our training programs.

The vacancy is open to applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience. Applicants are not required to have relevant prior experience; however some understanding of skills development processes will be beneficial. The applicant will take on minor responsibilities and be trained to ultimately achieve competence in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll: Compile Time & Attendance registers, track student changes, provide client feedback, and assist with payroll queries.
Recruitment: Coordinate learner replacements, quality check applicant documentation.
Administration: Maintain accurate learner data, compile learner packs, update client folders, and coordinate verification packs.
Printing & Shipments: Print and compile training documents, coordinate shipping.
Registrations: Register learners with relevant SETAs and company systems.
Grants Documentation: Provide necessary documents for grants, maintain learner progress records.
Data Collection: Administer document packs and schedules, coordinate with outsourced providers.
Learner Management: Resolve learner issues, manage attendance and performance, oversee disciplinary processes.
Progress Administration: Track attendance, manage portfolios of evidence, administer learner certification.
Induction: Conduct learner inductions for programs and contracts.
