Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Onsite Event Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth guest logistics operations during events. The ideal candidate will oversee onsite check-ins, guest tracking, and coordination with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage onsite guest check-in and tracking systems.

Coordinate with event companies to ensure guest logistics align with overall plans.

Manage a team of onsite staff to execute check-ins efficiently.

Provide real-time updates on guest attendance and session participation.

Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues promptly.

Assist with onsite name badge printing and distribution.
