Job Description

Are you a results-driven professional with strong business development and contract management experience? A leading bus passenger transport company is looking for a Manager: Strategic Partnerships to drive growth, foster subcontractor development, and ensure compliance with key operational requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Matric (or equivalent) and a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 3-4 years of managerial or client relationship experience in business development
- Strong contract management skills, including drafting SLAs and agreements
- Proficiency in MS Office 2016+, with advanced Excel skills
- Basic accounting knowledge essential

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, build, and maintain strategic partnerships
- Oversee subcontractor development, training, and compliance
- Draft and manage agreements, SLAs, and maintenance contracts
- Conduct market research and monitor new business opportunities
- Ensure accuracy in subsidy claims, invoices, and financial reporting
- Support B-BBEE compliance and scorecard improvement
- Collaborate with finance teams and subcontractors for smooth operations
