Job Description

1. Cash book
2. Creditors and Debtors control
3. Management accounts
- Imperial crown 398
4. Budgets
-Prepare and capture monthly
5. Annual projections
6. Cash flow
7. Manage inventory and stock levels
8. Develop and implement cost reduction initiatives
9. Commissions
10. Monthly sales Matrix
11. Financial Trading
- Addendum
12. Journals
- Accruals, Provisions, Commissions, Depreciation etc
13. Fixed Asset Register
- Updated as required
14. Supervise and manage team by establishing financial systems and processes
15. Develop pricing strategies to maximise profitability
16. Payroll
17. VAT (Prepare and check with auditors)
18. PAYE
19. Financial strategic planning
20. Costing and pricing
21. Reporting to the CEO

Qualifications and Experience required:
- Bcom or equivalent
- 5-10 years experience in Financial Management or minimum 10 years experience as Senior bookkeeper
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skill and attention to detail
- Fishing/Butchery trade experience is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Sage Evolution and Microsoft Office programs

Working hours: 08:00 – 16:30pm
