Job Description
Pomona, Gauteng
R13 000 to R15 000 a month CTC

A leading manufacturer of precision springs, clips, and wireform components is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing financial transactions, overseeing administrative tasks, and handling front-desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and provide essential support to both internal teams and external clients
Minimum Requirements:
(Grade 12) with a relevant bookkeeping or administrative qualification (preferred)
3-5 years in debtors and creditors management
Previous reception or front-desk experience is advantageous
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Ability to multitask and manage administrative and reception duties
Own transport is required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts
Process invoices and reconcile accounts
Provide customer service regarding financial inquiries
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
Reception Duties:
Answer and direct incoming calls
Assist with client and supplier inquiries
Client and Supplier Interaction:
Engage professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage office-related deliveries and packages
Support Functions:
Assist in various office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
