We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservationist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:The Reservationist is responsible for handling all reservations efficiently and professionally. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple bookings while ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Process guest reservations accurately via phone, email, and online booking platforms.

Ensure all booking details are correctly recorded in the reservation system.

Provide guests with relevant information about the resort, amenities, and special offers.

Assist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective booking management.

Handle guest inquiries, modifications, and cancellations in a professional manner.

Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain accurate records of reservations and generate reports as required.

Uphold company standards and brand guidelines in all interactions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in reservations, front office, or a related hospitality role preferred.

Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
