We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lead to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Job Summary:The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the resort. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure efficient workflow.

Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout guest rooms and public areas.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards.

Train and mentor housekeeping team members.

Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.

Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules and checklists.

Uphold company standards and brand guidelines in all interactions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping, with leadership experience preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Keen attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
