Debt Collector

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Debt Collector to join our finance team. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for contacting clients and customers who have outstanding debts to facilitate full payment. Your role will involve negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records of communications, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contacting clients to collect outstanding debts through phone calls and emails.
• Negotiating repayment plans and settlements to ensure full debt recovery.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all collection’s activities.
• Resolving disputes and addressing client inquiries regarding outstanding debts.
• Following up on delinquent accounts and monitoring payment arrangements.
• Adhering to all legal requirements and company policies when pursuing debt collection activities.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Debt Collector or similar role.
• Knowledge of debt collection practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software and financial systems.
